The PXI 100 is a PXI controller card for ScanWorks boundary scan test and programming systems. The PXI 100 enhances ScanWorks' compatibility with National Instruments test executives, in functional test operations. ScanWorks running on a PXI-based platform with the PXI-100 controller can load software or updates into programmable logic devices (PLDs) and flash memory after these devices are soldered onto a board. The controller card takes one standard 3U slot in a PXI card cage. The Pxi-100 has programmable test application speeds up to 16.6 MHz.
