Voltage Controlled Oscillators

Model MW500-1411 is a compact 0.500 inches sq. × 0.15 inches SMD VCO that provides +6.0 dBm ± 0.5 dB from a +5 V supply (31 ma) and with a tuning voltage range of 0 to 4 V. Phase noise is – 105 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz, and harmonics are – 20 dB down. Modulation response is at least 150 MHz, allowing very high-speed data transmission. The VCO can also produce 5.93 GHz using 9 volts of tuning.
