The 1/2 watt HMC455LP3 provides 13 dB of gain and +28 dBm of saturated power at 56% PAE from a single +5 V DC supply voltage. This MMIC amplifier utilizes a minimum number of external components, has high output IP3 of +42 dBm, and low VSWR of 1.4:1. The 1 watt HMC461LP3 offers the linear performance of two HMC455LP3s in a single IC yielding an output IP3 of +45 dBm. It can be configured in a balanced or push-pin amplifier circuit providing 12 dB of gain and +30.5 dBm of saturated power at 48% PAE from a single +5 V DC supply voltage.
