Thin Film Transistor LCD

Optrex introduced a new 5 inches diagonal analog TFT (thin film transistor) LCD with integrated NTSC decoder module and backlight with inverter that can be designed into security/monitoring/surveillance systems, car television screens, and Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Inputs include composite video and component RGB with support for QVGA mode.

Model T-51380L050J-FW-P-AB is a transmissive LCD that provides high luminance (320 nits) and a 960 × 234 (320 × RGB) dot pixel display format. Slim and compact, this module measures 127.4 × 92.8 × 18.5 mm and weighs 230 grams. It provides an operating temperature range of – 10°C to +60°C.
