HF OCXO in Small, SMD Package

Temex announces the development and mass production of the new standard OCXO of the HF series: the QEO HF 94 @ 100 MHz. The size of the SMD package is 25 × 22 × 10 mm (1 × 0.86 × 0.4 inches).

Available power supplies are 12.5 and 3.3 V.

Typical performances are a stability of 0 to +70°C = ± 0.2 ppb, aging/year = 500 ppb, and an output = HCMOS, phase noise at floor = 160 dBc/Hz.

Applications include test equipment, synthesizers, analyzers and oscilloscopes.
