Microneics introduces another wide band ultra miniature VCO. The Model Number MW350-1155 covers 1700 - 2600 MHz with 0.5 - 15 V tuning (1700 - 2000 MHz with 0.5 - 5 V tuning) in a .350 square × 0.15 package. Supply is 5 Vcc @ 26 Ma. Phase Noise is – 115 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz, – 90 dBc/Hz. Harmonics are below – 18dBc, pushing 5 MHz/V, pulling 4 MHz P-_, 12 dB return loss, modulation BW is 72 MHz, minimum 50 ohm source.
