Solid State Power Amplifier Works in SATCOM Operations
Xicom Technology introduces its Model XTS-100K1 compact, solid-state, 100 W, high power amplifier (SSPA) in a fully integrated antenna-mount package that is designed for low cost operation and longevity. This SSPA is designed for SATCOM operation within the 14.0 to 14.5 GHz Ku-Band frequency with optional performance of 13.75 GHz to 14.5 GHz, eliminating the need to run a long waveguide IFL from the HPA to the antenna. features include complete self-contained digital monitor and control interface, RF filters and cooling. A fully integrated power supply accepts a range of prime power (90 to 264 VAC), and it includes power factor correction. The amplifier measures 17.25 inches.6 inches.0 inches, and it weighs 42 pounds.
