Stripline Isolators Cover a Broad Bandwidth

RADITEK announces its RI, RC-TW-kde-U drop-in isolator models that cover 1800 MHz to 2.2 GHz at 10% bandwidth and 110 W of reflected power handling. Additionally, 20 dB and 30 dB attenuator loads are available. They have guaranteed specifications of 0.25 dB insertion loss, 25 dB isolation and 1.15:1 VSWR at -20° C to + 85° C. These low IMD low loss parts have a high performance for multi-channel CDMA operation, and they cover PCS (1930 to 1990 MHz), DCS (1805 to 1880 MHz) and UMTS (2.1 to 2.17 GHz) bands. IMD of 82 dBc is guaranteed, but typical values of 90 dBc are seen for 2吚W carriers. They are fully ROHS compliant.
