Bel Power’s Micro SIP Series non-isolated DC/DC converters demonstrate an output voltage trim range from 0.590 to 5.100 VDC. The RoHS-compliant devices offer efficiencies of up to 91%, a fixed switching frequency of 500 kHz, and protections including differential remote on/off, under-voltage lockout, overcurrent, and short circuit. The components suit high-speed networking, telecommunications, and computing applications. The 0.650” × 0.410” × 0.320” or 0.650” × 0.410” × 0.295” Series operates over an input range from 4.500 to 13.800 V, and consists of 3, 6 and 10 A active-high enable and true active-high enable modules.
