Radio Frequency Systems (RFS) launches version three of its NEM-ALD-S 3.0 Network Element Manager (NEM) software. This platform-independent network management software simplifies antenna line device (ALD) interrogation and it streamlines network management from set-up through to operation. The software is an integral element of the Optimizer RT solution set that makes it possible for carriers to accurately control and monitor tower-top components either locally from the tower base or remotely from the network’s operations and maintenance center (OMC). An end-to-end solution, the RFS Optimizer RT solution set, comprises all key antenna line elements such as the control network interface (CNI), a selection of tower-mount amplifiers (TMA), an antenna control unit (ACU), a modem bias tee and the advanced NEM software.
