Rohde & Schwarz introduces its R&S FSG spectrum analyzer that combines RF performance from 9 kHz to 8 or 13.6 GHz with one-button selection of standards-compliant measurements for all wireless standards including fixed and mobile WiMAX. It is used for analysis of digitally-modulated signals in development, production and product verification environments, and it is available in two models: the FSG8 (9 kHz to 8 GHz) and the FSG13 (9 kHz to 13.6 GHz), both based on the Windows XP-based architecture. The FSG allows the user to make measurements compliant with GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000 1xRTT, TD-SCDMA, HSPA, Bluetooth, IEEE 802.11a/b/g and fixed and mobile WiMAX at the press of a button.
