Pitch Connector Family
Omnetics launches a single row version of its Nano-Miniature Bi-Lobe® 0.025” pitch connector family, designed to deliver ultra-reliable signal contact direct from the PCB into the connector. With a profile of 0.115” high, these connectors incorporate Omnetics’ Flex Pin contact and offer metal-shelled connector profiles. Nano connectors are defined by Mil-Std-32139. Single row Bi-Lobe connectors are available in 9 to 51 pin count versions, are housed in a robust metal shell and feature a metal jackscrew for locking and un-mating. They are polarised to prevent mis-mating. They withstand a shock of 100 G in each axis and passed a vibration exposure from 10 to 2,000 to 10 Hz at 20 G amplitude in each axis in accordance with Mil-Std-32139.
