Vertical-Mount Wirewounds Use Bracket

Stackpole Electronics’ BVM Series vertical-mount wirewounds includes a bracket attached to the outside of the case, which also serves as one of the attachment leads. The RoHS-compliant units offer sizes from 5 W to 25 W, standard tolerances of 1% and 5%, TCR of ±300 ppm, operation at up to 275°C and a metal oxide resistance element allowing values of up to 50K. The devices are suitable for power supplies in industrial power and control applications A non-inductively wound version is available with resistance values of <50 Ω (part # NBVM).
