FBAR Duplexers

Avago Technologies announces two FBAR (film bulk acoustic resonator) duplexers for handsets, PC data cards and other wireless products operating in the U.S. PCS and UMTS frequency bands. The Avago ACMD-7402 duplexer handles up to +30 dBm transmit power and features minimum receiver noise blocking of 42 dB; minimum transmit interferer blocking of 54 dB; maximum low receive band insertion loss of 3.8 dB; minimum high transmit-receive frequency isolation of 45 dB receive band, 54 dB transmit band; and maximum low transmit band insertion loss of 3.5 dB. The Avago ACMD-7601 handles up to +33 dBm transmit power and features minimum receiver noise blocking of 45 dB; minimum transmit interferer blocking of 51 dB; maximum receive frequency insertion loss of 2 dB; and maximum receive frequency insertion loss of 1.6 dB.
