Dual-in-line Packaged Amplified Noise Source

NoiseWave announces the NoiseWave NW2G-D Dual-In-Line packaged amplified noise source. When high levels of noise input are required and the noise source must be set on a circuit board, the NW2G-D is an appropriate choice. Offering broadband frequency coverage from 10 MHz to 2 GHz, the NW2G-D features: Power out of – 5 dBm; spectral flatness of 2.0 dB; operational with VDC. The NW2G-D is housed in an industry standard DIP package and offers users 14 or 24 pins packaging. Alternative voltages, output levels and frequencies are also available. Applications for the NW2G-D include built-in test equipment, dithering for increased dynamic range of A/D converters, jamming, and as an economical source for broadband power.
