Amplical Corp. announces the availability of a family of broadband maximally flat high power amplifiers designed with MMIC technology, resulting in an economical and reliable solution. The model AMP800G2.5-23-35 is an 800 MHz to 2.5 GHz amplifier that features 23dB gain with gain flatness better than ± 1.25 dB. The amplifier outputs 2 W of power. Current draw is 650 mA from +24 V. Connectors are sma (f) and delivery is typically from stock. Other models are available that feature additional gain, different input voltages and frequency ranges.
