RF Connector

Corning Gilbert announces a push-on, high-performance, microwave interconnect system. The G3PO connector can be used in radar systems, telecommunications and wireless basestation equipment, satellite systems, antenna arrays, etc. The connectors support increased package density with center-to-center spacing of 0.085 inches minimum and PCB to PCB stack height of 0.120 inches minimum. The connectors are designed for 50Ω and they feature a frequency range from DC to 65 GHz and an operating temperature range from – 65° C to +165° C. Typical VSWR is 1.1:1 to 26.5 GHz and 1.25:1 to 65 GHz. They allow for both radial and axial misalignment with negligible VSWR change and are capable of meeting environmental requirements per MIL-PRF-39012 such as corrosion, vibration, mechanical shock, thermal shock and moisture resistance.
