Wall Industries announces the release of the DMW series, a family of 15 watt, DC/DC converters. The flexible DMW series is designed for use in a variety of applications, such as data communication equipment, mobile battery-driven equipment, distributed power systems, telecommunication, mixed analog/digital subsystems, process/machine controls, and others. Featuring a 4 to 1 input range, the DMW series is available in 9 - 36 Vin or 18 - 75 Vin inputs, with either single or dual outputs. Output voltages include 3.3, 5, 5.1, 12, 15, 12, and 15 Vout. All DMW converters are housed in a 1 inches× 2 inches× 0.40 inches industry standard package and pin-out. Weighing less than one ounce, the DMW series operates at efficiencies of up to 86%. Added features include insulation of 1500 VDC, short circuit protection, six-side shielding, a remote on/off option, and a MTBF rating of >700,000 hours.
