Micro Lambda announces YIG-tuned oscillators covering 6 to 20 GHz. Three models providing desirable phase noise performance covering 8 to 18 GHz, 6 to 18 GHz and 8 to 20 GHz are now available. Utilizing SiGe transistors, these units are available in three standard package configurations 1.25 in.³, 1.75 in. cylinder and 1 in.³. They provide +14 to +15 dBm power output levels and operate over commercial temperature ranges. Extended temperature models are available for the 1.25 in.³ and the 1.75 in. cylinder packages.
