RF Transceiver

Otek releases its model TR100 RF transceiver for OEMs to incorporate on their own products. The TR100 accepts TTL/CMOS digital signals and converts them to RF coded frequencies in the 916.5 MHz ISM Licenseless Band using the ASH technique at a rate of up to 115.2K BAUD. Its small size (1.85 inches× 0.95 inches× 0.15 inches), low power consumption (25 uA in sleep mode), and less than 1mW of output power makes the transceiver suitable for embedded applications in portable and stationary battery operated applications.
