Chip Inductors

Cambion announces 0402 and 0603 wire wound chip inductors with good thermal stability due to the use of ceramic formers. These devices exhibit high self-resonating frequencies and have high Q values. The inductors are suited for applications such as mobile phones, GPS systems, Bluetooth and wireless LAN equipment. 0402 devices have an inductance range of 1 to 47 nH; 0603 devices range from 1.8 to 120 nH. Larger case styles are available up to 4700 nH. Available in tight tolerance bands, the new inductors are supplied tape and reeled for use with latest generation surface mount assembly equipment.
