Narrowband Transceiver
The XEMICS TrueRF™ narrowband transceiver, the XE1205, has a good range with no external LNA or PA. The transceiver meets the requirements for 25 kHz channel spacing and adjacent channel power of less than 㪽dBm and is suitable for applications operating in the 433-868-915 MHz band such as social alarms, security, automatic metering, services and controls, as well as remote keyless entry. TrueRF(tm) products offer full FCC/ETSI compliancy without a SAW filter, additional register settings offering enhanced operation modes, and unconditional stability even at 15 dBm power output. Features in the device include a 16-byte FIFO data buffer, and an enhanced AFC algorithm. The device is packaged in an 8 × 8 VQFN package.
