Texas Instruments Incorporated expands its portfolio of complete wireless signal chain solutions for WiMAX applications, by introducing three release-to-production radio frequency (RF) transceiver reference designs. These designs support IEEE's 802.16d/e standard RF front end requirements for a variety of wireless infrastructure technologies, including base stations, access points, wireless backhaul, point-to-point microwave, safety band and Frequency Division Duplex based applications. The complete reference designs include board, design database, schematics and bill of materials to significantly reduce development time.
