Amplifier Covers Up to 2.5 GHz



Link Microtek’s 1119 solid-state amplifier module operates in a frequency range from 500 MHz to 2.5 GHz in military mobile jamming systems to counter the threat of IEDs. The 188 × 91 × 27 mm component utilizes GaN transistors to achieve an output of 50 W, operates from a 28 VDC supply and includes built-in control and monitoring circuits. The 454 g amplifier exhibits a max noise figure of 10 dB and a min IP3 of 48 dBm over an operating temperature range from -40ºC to 80ºC.
