Microwave Power Module

L-3 Communications Electron Devices (L-3 EDD), formerly known as Litton Tubes, has expanded its microwave power module (MPM) product line with the introduction of a space-saving 28 VDC version. Available from Link Microtek, the M1221 series module combines a solid-state driver with a vacuum power booster and integrated power conditioner to deliver a typical output power of 60 to 100 W from a single package measuring 199.4 3 165.1 3 25.4 mm.
