Jazz Semiconductor announces its specialty CMOS process technology that enables analog integration of high speed and low power functionality on a single platform. The availability of the complete design platform is in concert with its 200 GHz SiGe BiCMOS technology, the SBC18H2 process. The combination of high frequency performance and a proven design environment, provides unprecedented flexibility for both low power wireless and high speed networking designs. With switching speeds of 200 GHz Ft and Fmax, the SBC18H2 process addresses performance requirements for t wireless and physical layer fiber network ICs as well as enabling ultra-low power circuits for general wireless applications.
