Military Grade Temperature Oscillator

MMD Components introduces a series of military-grade temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXOs) that have been tested and screened per MIL-PRF-55310 and MIL-STD-883 Class B standards. For radiation tolerance, the TCXOs are rad-hardened to 20 K. They can also withstand swept sine vibration of 20 G's, 10 to 500 Hz, and mechanical shock of 500 G's, half-sine pulse at 0.1 milliseconds, 3 axis. MMD can also accommodate a customer's more stringent requirements. The units can maintain a frequency stability of 1 ppb over an ultra-wide operating temperature range of -55ºC to +125ºC, using proprietary compensation and stabilization methods. Customers can specify sine wave, HCMOS, TTL or PECL output; a frequency range of 1 to 100 MHz; and an input of 3.3, 5, 12 and 15 V. Custom frequencies and input voltages are also available.
