MMD Components introduces a single-oven/oven-controlled crystal oscillator. Using proprietary compensation and stabilization methods, the OCXOs can maintain a frequency stability as low as 1 ppb over an operating temperature range of 㪬°C to +70°C. Highly polished SC-cut crystals are employed to maintain low frequency drift over time. A customer can specify sine wave or CMOS output and units are available from a frequency range of 1 MHz to 150 MHz.
