CVCFLM VCO Features Extra Modulation Port for Transmitter Applications

Crystek's CVCO55FLM VCOs (Voltage Controlled Oscillators) contain an extra modulation port (TX modulation), making the family an ideal choice for transmitter applications. The modulation port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -20KHz/V.

The CVCO55FLM-0172-0210 operates from 172 MHz to 210 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2V~4.8V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -119 dBc/Hz @ 10kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically 0 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55FLM-0172-0210 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 3V, with a max. current consumption of 9 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.0 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical.
