Crystek's CVCO55CC-1370 to 1400 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1370 MHz to 1400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V~4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -114 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +2 dBm. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the Model CVCO55CC-1370-1400 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5" x 0.5" SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a max current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -25 dBc typical. Suggested applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
