VCO Operates from 1260 MHz to 1400 MHz
Crystek Corporation introduces its CVCO55CC-1260-1400 VCO that operates from 1260 MHz to 1400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 12 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset, and it has optimal linearity. The VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5 inchesࡦ.5 inches SMD package. Input voltage is 8.0 V with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.20 MHz and 0.20 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typical. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
