1 GHz VCO Operates at 1,000 MHz

Crystek Crystal Corporation announces its CVCO55CX-1000-1000 VCO that operates at 1,000 MHz with a control voltage range of 0 V~5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset, and it has optimal linearity. The VCO is packaged in the industry standard 0.5 inchesࡦ.5 inches SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.05 MHz and 0.05 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
