VCO for Digital Radio Equipment
Crystek Corp. announces its CVCO55CW-0400-0800 VCO that operates from 400 to 800 MHz with a control voltage range of 0 to 12 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of 𤩙 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset, and it has optimal linearity. The VCO is packaged in the industry standard 0.5 inchesࡦ.5 inches SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V with a maximum current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 2.00 MHz and 2.00 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is ס dBc typical. It is suitable for use in digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
