Crystek introduces the CVCO55CC-2970-3230 VCO which operates from 2970 MHz to 3230 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of 𤩘 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has desirable linearity. The model CVCO55CC-2970-3230 is packaged in the industry standard 0.5-in. × 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 5.0 V, with a max current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 3 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is 㪬 dBc typical. The CVCO55CC-2970-3230 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
