Crystek Corporation's CVCO55CC-0827-0840 coaxial resonator oscillator operates from 827 MHz to 840 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.2 VDC to 4.7 VDC. This coaxial voltage controlled oscillator features a typical phase noise of -124 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset with exceptional linearity. Packaged in the industry standard 0.5 inchesࡦ.5 inchesࡦ.220 inches SMD package, it exhibits an output power of -6 dBm typ. into a 50Ω load with a supply of +5 VDC and a typical current consumption of 30 mA. Pushing and pulling are both minimized to 0.05 MHz/V. Second harmonic suppression is -18 dBc typical. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
