Crystek Crystals announces a low phase noise HCMOS oscillator providing 𤪕 dBc/Hz noise floor. The product is offered in a clock version CCHD-950 ora VCXO version CVHD-950. Both are packaged in an FR5 9 × 14 mm SMD package. The oscillator generates frequencies between 50 MHz and 100 MHz with 80 MHz and 100 MHz offered as standard. The low phase noise is useful in synthetic instrumentation such as VXI/PXI. Input supply voltage of 3.3 Vdc consuming 15 mA of current is required.
