TT electronics OPTEK Technology’s 6-pin PLCC LED has been specified by Microchip Technology Inc.’s LED lighting design guide and designed for use with their color-control software solution; while OPTEK’s 1 W and 10 W lednium devices have been selected as part of a reference design with Microchip’s LED driver. In selecting the OVSTRGBBCR8 Series, Microchip opted for a full color, RGB die PLCC6 LED to be driven by their color-control software solution, which generates signals in a variety of lighting-control applications, including dimming.
