Stealth Microwave introduces the SM2025-44L, an ultra-linear GaAs FET amplifier designed for UMTS and 3G applications. The unit operates from 2.0 to 2.5 GHz with a P1dB of +44 dBm and OIP₃ of +62 dBm. Small signal gain is 55dB with a flatness of ± 0.5 dB across the band. Standard features include a single +12 VDC supply, thermal protection with auto reset, and over/reverse voltage protection. Optional features include forward/reverse power detection, TTL on/off, RF sampling, and high speed switching up to 10µs. In module form, the unit measures 7.5 inches× 3.97 inches× 0.79 inches; an integral heatsink is also available. This amplifier is also available in lab unit and 19 inches rack configurations.
