HMIC Mixers

M/A-COM announces the MA4EXP400H-1277T, for use in base station and infrastructure equipment. Manufactured in a standard 3 mm square FQFP-N, 16-lead (MLP) package, the MA4EXP400H-1277T covers the frequency band of 3500 to 4500 MHz. These 50Ω monolithic mixers require no additional components for circuit tuning. The high-barrier, double balanced, passive mixer design produces an input IP3 in excess of +24 dBm for system linearity across the frequency band at L.O. drive levels of +17 dBm. The compact mixers also deliver good LO-RF Isolation, averaging better than 43 dB with conversion loss values less than 8.0 dB.
