The MAPLST0810-002PP is a 2 W, unmatched transistor designed for use in GSM/EDGE applications. The operating frequency range is 860 to 960 MHz. The MAPLST0810-090CF is a 90 W, internally matched transistor designed for use in GSM/EDGE applications. The operating frequency range is 860 to 960 MHz. The MAPLST0810-090CF is a 90 W, internally matched transistor designed for use in GSM/EDGE and CDMA applications. The operating frequency range is 1805 to 1880 MHz or 1930 to 1990 MHz. The MAPLST2122-030CF is a 30 W, internally matched transistor designed for use in W-CDMA applications. The operating frequency range is 2110 to 2170 MHz. The MAPLST2122-090CF is a 90 W, internally matched transistor designed for use in W-CDMA applications. The operating frequency range is 2110 to 2170 MHz.
