Crystal Oscillator
EM Microelectronic introduces the EM1564, a 32 kHz crystal oscillator. This ultra-low power circuit integrates a 32.768 kHz tuning fork crystal and an advanced CMOS circuit assembled in a specifically designed package. The EM1564 combines the following features: quartz and IC assembled in the same SMD package; low power with typically 300nA from 1.2 to 5.5 V; high driver capability of the 32.768 kHz output — can replace several quartzes; and output enabled.
