Crystal Oscillator

The EM7602 is a low-power 32.768 kHz clock oscillator has a low voltage operation of 1.8 V to 3.6 V. its temperature range is standard at – 40°C to +85°C. The device consists of a patented torsional tuning fork crystal and a low-power integrated circuit assembled in the same four-pin SMD package. The device combines excellent oscillator stability and very low power consumption. Other features include low power with 6 uA typical at 3 V; thermo-compensation with a temperature drift of – 0.012 ppm/C2; Quartz and IC assembled in the same small SMD package; and tri-state output.
