Digital Radio Baseband Processor IC

CML Microcircuits introduces the CMX981, a digital radio baseband processor IC. As an ultra low-powered device, the CMX981 offers advanced digital-radio baseband processing combined on-chip with a voice codec/processor and an audio PA. Supporting digital fixed, portable and mobile TETRA, APCO25, Tetrapol and Japanese RCR/ARIB standards, along with other demanding digital radio systems, the CMX981 addresses the needs of advanced digital two-way radio manufacturers. The operational power requirement of the CMX981 is in the 2.25 to 2.75 V range. The CMX981 is available in a compact 64-lead VQFN package.
