Beta Dyne introduces the FSR6 series of 30 W maximum wide input/wide output, step-down switching regulators. Similar to the FSR5 series, the FSR6 switching regulators offer the same combination of features that increase their versatility and suitability in a variety of applications. The series consists of eight models and offer an output power range from 2 to 30 W, a wide input voltage range from 9 V_in to 28 V_in and a wide output voltage range from 3.3 V_out to 12 V_out. The FSR6 series feature regulated, adjustable output voltages (up to 5:1 for the 5 V_out models), efficiency up to 97%, over load protection (125% full load typical), continuous short circuit protection, On/Off control, a 250 kHz switching frequency, and an operating temperature range of – 40° C to +85° C.
