STMicroelectronics announces the addition of a 32-Mbit device, which is Automotive Grade certified for operation over the full 40°C to +125°C temperature range. The M29W320 is intended for dashboard systems, automotive multimedia and for other applications needing fast access to a large amount of code and data. The device can be read, programmed and erased over a 2.7 to 3.6 V power supply range.
