The HRF-ROC0935XM is ideal for battery powered wireless applications in digital data communications. The module includes a half-duplex Radio On a Chip 900 MHz transceiver integrated with an antenna switch, LNA, Xtal and all RF passives in a 23 × 23 mm shielded package. Operating frequency is 902 - 915 MHz with an output power up to +3 dBm.
