The WJA broadband amplifier family offers up to 20 dB of gain and an output IP3 up to 43 dBm while consuming 60 to 90 mA from a +5 V supply. Utilizing the high-reliability InGaP/GaAs HBT process technology, the WJA amplifiers exceed the increasingly complicated requirements of the next-generation communication systems. Additionally, the WJA amplifiers are suitable for existing and next-generation cellular (CDMA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, W-CDMA, and WiMAX) infrastructure, CATV and other wireless applications.
