Fairchild Semiconductor introduces its high-voltage gate driver ICs (HVIC), he FAN7383, FAN7384 and FAN73832, that feature a common-mode dv/dt noise-canceling circuit for achieving noise immunity. These HVICs are designed for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs in an array of consumer and industrial applications up to 600 V. These include inverter motor drives, switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) and electronic ballasts. Features include system reliability, power savings and stable performance.
