Using the company’s website at www.fairchildsemi.com/powerondemand, engineers input system specifications and receive a fully populated and tested power supply customized for their needs within seven days. Included with this power supply, the engineer receives detailed test and layout information. Power-On-Demand is another capability of Fairchild's Global Power Resource™— a worldwide network of power design centers, systems application experts, online design tools, evaluation boards and joint research and development labs. These power design centers are staffed with system design experts available to help solve design challenges.
