Low-Power Single, Dual and Quad ADCs

Texas Instruments offers its ADS6000 family of single- and multi-channel ADC systems in 12- and 14-bit resolutions while consuming a low 260 mW of power per channel. With high dynamic performance for input frequencies from base band to beyond 250 MHz, the family provides an optimal balance of density, performance and power consumption for an array of wide bandwidth applications. Quad- and parallel-output dual-channel devices are available in a 9࡯ mm QFN package. Single- and serialized-output dual-channel devices are available in 5࡫ mm and 7࡭ mm QFN packages, respectively. Applications include wireless communications infrastructure, software-defined radio, MIMO and diversity receivers, communication test and instrumentation, satellite modems and portable test equipment.
